The City will assign Work based on a Task Order for each as-needed project. A Task Order will be issued by the Public Works Director or Water System Manager. The Task Order will identify the location, nature, and time for performance of the Work to be performed. A Task Order is not valid unless signed by the Public Works Director or Water System Manager and the Contractor. If a Contractor fails to execute and return a Task Order to the City within one working day of delivery of the Task Order to the Contractor, the City may assign the work to another Contractor. All Work must comply with State Water Resources Control Board regulations, AWWA standard practices, and the latest version of the City’s standards including but not limited to the Standard Details and Storm Water Best Management Practices and this Contract. Bonds required.Q&A due by 01/16/20 at 5PM.Prevailing wages.
