The City of Fremont, through the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department, is seeking Proposals and Statements of Qualifications from firms desiring to provide on-call underground utility location services to supplement City staff. Through the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), numerous public works projects will be undertaken over the next five years, most of which will require underground utility location work.
