Work involves construction of a new classroom, storage room & storage shed totaling 1107 SF. The project also includes renovation in the existing classroom building, including expanded accessible restrooms, renovations to the kitchen & existing classroom, creation of a new office & staff lounge. Work includes selective demolition, concrete foundations footings, and slabs, new wood stud exterior walls, wood or steel stud (contractor’s option), interior walls, insulation, cementboard siding & trim, metal roofing, gypsum wallboard, vinyl windows, prehung wood doors & frames, finish hardware, casework, painting, cork & sheet vinyl flooring, resilient base, toilet compartments, toilet accessories. split-system HVAC included.
