The scope of project includes site work, landscape, and construction of a new education center at the Orlando Wetlands Park. The building consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, columns, reinforced CMU walls, steel girders, pre-engineered wood trusses, and metal stud framing. Exterior systems include standing seam metal roofing, Portland cement 3-coat stucco exterior finish, insulation, aluminum windows and entrance doors. The Work also includes CCTV, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems with connections to a recently upgraded existing septic system, landscape, and irrigation. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
