The existing outfall identified as Outfall O-13 per the Stormwater Management Master Plan requires rehabilitation to drain stormwater run-off within Sub-Basin 06A-12052. This project includes surveying, subsurface utility explorations, geotechnical engineering, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, and construction to replace an aged, undersized drainage outfall pipe crossing through 14 Harbor Point Drive. A new 10-feet wide drainage easement was recently recorded and will serve as the route the drain the sub-basin.
