The Work is located at five (5) San Francisco Fire Stations, and consists of removal of existing hose towers at all stations, roof replacement Fire Stations 11, 12 and 21 as well as some rooftop replacement of HVAC units at Fire Stations 11, 12 & 21. The scope of work at Fire Station 11 will also include exterior envelope repairs and painting. The time allowed for completion is 270 consecutive calendar days.
