The scope of project consists of an expansion of the library by approximately 1,500 square feet to allow for a meeting space separate from the main library, and construction of additional parking. The building addition will provide a space for community events and allow the library to continue its mission “to promote library involvement in the life of the community and community involvement in the life of the library, by developing financial and human resources and sponsoring activities and programs. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
