Project scope of work consists of: All labor and material for the work. Work consists of the supply and install of new HVAC systems in existing, Non-HVAC units. Padgett Island consists of 18 separate buildings 56 individual apt units, and Fremd Village consists of 26 buildings 58 individual apt units. New attic 1 hr walls where necessary, new bathroom exhaust fans with roofing patch, new electrical work for the new systems install, new ceiling fan / lights, new compressor pads with associated structural piles, and all accessory components and details that complete the project. Work consists of some asbestos abatement in the Padgett Island Buildings. The required 10% Bid Bond and 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be based on the Gross Total project fee. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
