For Exterior Painting: 1) Color - 7663 Monorail Silver for general(outside) areas and High Point City Blue for outside doors and metal awning. Windows frame facing outside shall not be painted. 2) Surface preparation – surface must be free of concrete dust, dirt, loose cement or other foreign materials. Pressure clean, if needed, to remove all dirt, dust, loose particles, foreign materials, and peeling or defective coating. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly. Existing peeled or checked paint should be scraped, caulked and sanded as needed to a sound surface. 3) Where applicable, items including but not limited to thermostats, electrical outlets, switch covers, and similar items need to be removed prior to painting. After completing painting operations in each space or area, all removed items needs to be reinstall. 4) Prices need to include any needed equipment such as a lift to paint all hard to reach areas. 5) Vendor is expected to provide all paint and materials. For Interior Painting: 1) Color – 7663 Monorail Silver for general(inside) areas as well as for windows frame and sill. High Point City Blue for metal doors. Wood doors shall not to be painted. 2) Surface preparation – surface must be free of concrete dust, dirt, loose cement or other foreign materials. Deep clean, if needed, to remove all dirt, dust, loose particles, foreign materials, and peeling or defective coating.
