The Paradise Unified School District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide General construction, earth grading, cement placement and finishing, electrical, fencing, plumbing and water filtration commissioning. Carbon Vessels will be provided by the PUSD. Contractor responsible to unload and placement of provided GAC vessels. The system will be comprised of two 3,000-pound GAC units, that will be installed at the associated Paradise Irrigation District (PID) water meter locations at the PUSD Intermediate School. It is highly recommended that bidders have prior experience with the installation GAC water treatment systems of this size and commissioning of such systems. Contractors need to demonstrate within the submitted bid and verify the understanding of the commissioning date of August 9, 2019 and such that they can achieve this aggressive completion deadline. August 9, 2019 is a hard deadline, and no work or completion extensions will be granted. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
