20' x 20' pre-engineered metal building, 14' diameter concrete foundation for a water tank Details of the construction include the following: Designed and erected according to Metal Building Manufacturer Association Design Practices Manual and International building code. 14' eave height R-Panel configuration gutters on the east and west side of the building downspouts at both ends of the gutters R30 foam insulation on the walls and roof, overhead insulated overhead door, above ground and below ground steel pipe bollards filled with concrete to protected overhead door. Concrete slab with broom finish, sloped to a floor drain, concrete ramp serving the overhead door, and concrete landing serving the door. Bonds required.
