City of Binghamton DPW Conference Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY.
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, Binghamton, New York, for the construction of Parking Garage – 7 Hawley Street. This project will include: All Labor and Material for the construction of a 6 Tier, 110,000+ square foot precast concrete Parking Garage – 7 Hawley Street, Contracts as noted above, in accordance with the Contract Documents for the project. Precast concrete for the garage will be furnished, unloaded, and erected by the Precast Concrete supplier (Unistress Corporation) separately contracted under previously awarded Contract 1 – Precast Concrete. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid guaranty with both the owner and insurer signatures notarized which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work contemplated to be done.
