Broward County seeks a qualified and experienced parking management firm (the “Operator”) to provide parking management services for parking operations at one or more Broward County Parks and Recreation Division (“PRD”) locations. The successful Operator will be given the exclusive rights to manage the parking operations at the locations designated by the PRD. The County intends to pay Operator a flat parking management fee, including project-related expenses, utilizing vendor-provided turn - key parking management equipment and systems with all parking revenues generated going to County.
