The scope of project consists of a six-hundred square foot addition to an existing maintenance building. The addition will include a relocated kitchen area, two new accessible bathrooms, and a seating area. The maintenance building will also receive a new roof that encompasses the new and existing structures. Project includes but is not limited to the following items: Selective demolition, rough carpentry, new ceramic tile, new architectural casework, new solid core wood and hollow metal doors, new hollow metal frames, new door hardware, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, resilient flooring, wall base, interior painting, signage, electrical work, and mechanical work.
