The California Department of State Hospitals is inviting bids for all personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, licenses, permits, and insurance, for the packaging, transportation, and disposal of the hazardous waste materials of DSH. Contractor shall assure that all work performed is in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, and regulation. Contractor shall have emergency response capabilities. The anticipated term of this agreement is notice to proceed through 6/30/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
