Grind and overlay between 4th Street and California Avenue; full depth reconstruction between California Avenue and Truxtun Avenue. Project duration is 40 working days. The City will only open bids submitted by contractors who were approved by the City to be on the Final Bidders List for the above referenced project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
