The Work consists of the replacement of concrete appurtenances at locations within easements or rights-of-way defined by individual Work Orders. Locations are in ROW greater than 60’ width. This includes providing the necessary equipment, labor, material and services, including traffic control, required to perform the required repairs as specified in the permit accompanying each work order or as otherwise specified. The Contractor will be issued individual Work Orders though the Owners pavement management system which will describe the specific location of the work by address/cross streets, a description of the work to be performed, estimated quantities associated with the Work, encroachment permit associated with the work, pre-inspection photographs, and results of density testing performed by the Owner. The Contractor will be required to upload photographs to each work order showing all elements of completed work. The Work expressly includes Contractor’s obtaining, scheduling, and coordinating all inspections and acceptance by agencies having jurisdiction to ensure close out of the encroachment permit. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
