Sealed Bids will be received by DeKalb County, Georgia, in the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all things necessary pursuant to Drawings, Specifications, conditions, etc., for Pedestrian and Safety Improvements at Redan, Pleasant Hill and South Hairston Roads (“the Project”). This project consists of the Pedestrian Safety Improvements at Redan, Pleasant Hill and South Hairston Roads. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. The Bid Guarantee may be in the form of an official bank check payable to DeKalb County, or a Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bid Document Package.
