The City of Summerville is requesting sealed Proposals to pre-select a bridge to be used as the basis of design for the proposed Pedestrian Bridge for Recreational Trail project. All bridge components shall be supplied by a single manufacturer (“PROPONENT”) for sole source responsibility of the bridge system. The proposal shall include a guaranteed maximum fixed price to provide the bridge system and components as outlined in the RFP documents. The selected PROPONENT will be named in the Bidding Documents for a subsequent project to install the bridge.
