The Peeler Road Sidewalks Project consists of road widening with curb and gutter, storm drain installation, retaining walls, and sidewalk along Peeler Road from Equestrian Way to Cherring Lane. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the required construction as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of this contract including all incidentals as directed by the City of Dunwoody Director of Public Works or his representative. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond shall be furnished to the City of Dunwoody for any bid as required in bid package or document. Failure to submit appropriate bonding will result in automatic rejection of bid.
