Provide all labor, materials, tools, appliances, equipment, and facilities necessary to do all of the Work noted in the specifications. All Work shall be done to the satisfaction and under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance or his duly authorized representative. The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of portions of existing chain link fence system and gates where indicated; removal of chain link fabric, painting existing posts, and replacing chain link fabric with new where indicated; and other related work as described in the plans, specifications, and contract documents, by the reference made a part hereof.
