The City of San Marcos is soliciting quotes for remodel work in the Permit Center Located in the Municipal Building. The successful vendor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to remodel the City’s Permit Center including but not limited to: 1. Relocate Existing Built-in furniture 2. Install new door frames and doors to match existing 3. New Granite Countertops to match existing 4. Paint new walls and touch up existing to match current color 5. Wire doors for security access controls 6. Construct new walls with 26ga. 3 ½” cold metal including drywall and finishing 7. Patch Flooring to match existing.
