A Delaware limited liability company, in conjunction with The City of Frisco, Collin County, Texas will accept Sealed Bids from Bidders for Golf Course Construction of the PGA Frisco – West Course Golf Construction located at the Southwest Corner of Future Legacy Drive/Rockhill Parkway, Frisco, TX, as set forth in the Project documents, in preparation for two (2) Professional Level Golf Courses (“East Course” and “West Course”) and one (1) Executive Level Golf Course with Practice Facilities on approximately 600 acres (Graded area is about 470 Acres, not including grassland clearing) of native ranch land. The property has a rolling terrain with Panther Creek flowing lengthwise from east to west through the property. Deadline for questions is July 17, 2019 4:00pm via email to brady.nix@omnihotels.com. Bonds required. TEC Form 1295 required.
