Construct the Phase 1 of Transmission Water Main Replacement Project as shown in the drawings and specifications. The project will include the construction of 36 inch Ductile Iron Pipe water main as shown on the drawings. The water main to be constructed for this project will start at Dalton Utilities Riverwater Treatment Plant existing 36 inch DIP and tie into an existing 30 inch DIP water main along Lower Dawnville Road as shown on the plans. This includes but not limited to installing a 36-inch DIP main, approximately 4,100 linear feet in length.
