Work at all project sites includes roadway and surface restoration. The project covered by these specifications and bid documents involves eleven (11) schedules in the construction of the City of Edmonds Phase 7 (2020) Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project. The project consists of installing approximately 2,307 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC sewer main; installation of approximately 56 linear feet of 10-inch diameter HDPE sewer main; installing approximately 278 linear feet of 4-inch and 6-inch diameter watermain, approximately 447 linear feet of 8-inch diameter watermain; replacement of 9 manholes; installation of 5 new manholes; connection to 10 existing manholes, and replacement of sewer service connections. Project locations are as follows: Schedule A: 76th Avenue W, at the Intersection with McAleer Way Schedule B: 76th Avenue W, from north of 242nd Street SW to south of 243rd Place SW Schedule C: 240th Street SW Schedule D: 72nd Avenue W Schedule E: Maplewood Lane and 86th Place W Schedule F: Alder Street Schedule G: 80th Avenue W Schedule H: 195th Street SW Schedule I: 196th Street SW Schedule J: Edmonds Street and 2nd Ave Intersection Schedule K: Maplewood Lane and 86th Place W (Water Main Replacement)
