The Hudson River Park Trust ("HRPT") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the restoration of the Pier 40 Facade within the Hudson River Park. The scope includes facade restoration work including: masonry replacement, repair and re pointing, repair of enamel facade panels, lead abatement and other miscellaneous facade repairs at Pier 40 (the “Work”), as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The project site is located at Pier 40, 353 West Street. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
