The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for replacing the sewer trunk line from the intersection of 6th Street and Roeding Road to the manhole in the Caltrans right-of-way at El Camino and the alley between 4th and 5th Streets. It also includes removal and disposal of existing sewer mains, tree, asphalt pavement & dike, concrete, and chain link fence. Installation of new sewer mains, concrete manhole, sidewalk, curb & gutter, dike, chain link fence, and other such items not mention herein that are required by the project plans and specifications. The project shall be completed in accordance with these Contract Documents and in satisfactory operating condition, to comply with all requirements to allow its use by the Owner for all purposes intended thereby, as shown on the drawings and/or as specified herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
