Pipe restoration of one (1) CSP (Corrugated Steel Pipe) measuring four feet ten inches (4’10”) across and three feet four inches (3’4”) high and ninety feet (90’) in length located under Rte. 151 in Nelson County, 0.29 miles north of Rte. 6 Afton Mountain Rd at the entrance to Flying Fox Vineyard 38.004087, -78.826310. The contractor shall provide all equipment, manpower, traffic control, and material necessary to prepare and coat the pipe at the location named above with structural SIPP (Sprayed In Place Pipe). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
