The City is soliciting bids for the following services to be completed at 1207 Washington Street in Perry, GA, commonly referred to as the Police Department: The reset/realignment of approximately 3,000 square feet of suspended ceiling grid Installation of approximately 6,500 square feet of 2’x2’ high grade suspended ceiling tile Installation of approximately 6,500 square feet of sprayed polyurethane foam insulation (minimum of 5” thick) in the rafters above the suspended ceiling and the fire bay Rewiring/repair of all electrical work associated with the replacement of the ceiling tile/grid Installation of approximately 1,000 feet of 4” rubber or vinyl cove base molding with toe Installation of a 2-hour fire wall separating the fire bay from the police department.
