The California Department of Developmental Services is inviting bids to furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to install air-conditioning units for medical rooms in 9 residence buildings. To include the startup and testing of all mechanical and electrical equipment in order to provide a complete and operational HVAC system. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The anticipated term of this project is 180 days.
