The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is inviting bids to Replace Roof - Main Bldg. at the Powledge Unit in Palestine, Texas. This project requires removal of the existing roof system and insulation board down to the metal panels. A new single ply roof system over insulation board will be installed on the existing metal panel substrate. Modifications to rooftop appurtenances will be required, gutters and downspouts will also be replaced. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by Chesney Morales, Inc. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
