You are invited to submit a Proposal to the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (ACCGOV) to provide Pre-construction and Construction Management Services as described herein for the Clayton Street Infrastructure & Streetscape Improvement Project. Clayton Street is located in the downtown business district area of Athens, Georgia. The general Project area is along Clayton Street between Lumpkin Street and Thomas Street. This capital construction project is funded through the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax Program, SPLOST 2005, Project #10, and the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax Program, SPLOST 2018, Project #09, budget allocations.
