The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a one-time contract to provide all administration, labor, design, equipment, materials, permitting for an add-on of a pre-fabricated metal building system to an existing pre-fabricated metal building at the following location:Central Services Facilities Maintenance Shop, 2760 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA 30906 . The bid shall include the following activities: Site evaluation to confirm the scope of work. All required permits, insurance and bonds. All work as described on the plans. Installation, maintenance and removal of all required safety measures. All materials, equipment and labor required to execute the work. Submittals and shop drawings. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
