Scope of work may include but not limited to, installation of terrazzo, fabrication, rigging, hoisting, demolition of existing surfaces, surface preparation, lathing, cement mortar application, floating floor surfaces to grade and elevation, installation of finish material using cement or other adhesives, grouting, epoxy, cleaning, polishing, testing, crowning and installation of thresholds and any other associated work related to installing various types of terrazzo. Contractors may be required to provide specifications for materials and installation, as necessary. The materials provided by the Contractors must match what is stated on the plans for the project. Contractors will provide labor, supervision and all incidentals required for delivery and installation. Outreach is due by 12:00 AM on 05/05/2019.
