GGC is seeking proposals from interested firms in providing campus grounds maintenance services. GGC campus grounds sits on over 200 acres which includes some areas of natural wood lines. GGC’s campus consists of 20 buildings/structures. Buildings A, B, C1 & C2, H1 & H2, & W are used for classes and activities. There are also a Wellness Center (Building F), Administration building (Building D), Athletics Complex (Building G), Physical Plant and Warehouse (Building P), a 737 space Parking Deck, Office Building (I), Library and Learning Center (Building L), Student Center (Building E), Fieldhouse, and Tennis Facility. The campus also includes three student housing buildings (RL1000, RL 2000, and RL 3000). In addition, the college has approximately 7 retention ponds scattered around the campus grounds. Due to the size of the documents contained in the Exhibits Table of Contents, All interested contractors are to contact the Buyer of record and request a document folder containing Utility Maps, Ground Service documents, General Policies,and Irrigation Documents.
