The City of Provo is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the construction of approximately 34,000 square yards commercial airport apron including placement of approximately 68,000 cubic yards of granular fill, 150,000 cubic yards of surcharge material, 8,000 cubic yards of crushed aggregate base course, 12,000 tons of asphalt base course, and 34,000 square yards of 15 inch-thick concrete pavement. Project also includes placement of approximately 60,000 cubic yards of embankment, 35,000 cubic yards of surcharge material, and 50,000 cubic yards of granular sub-base material for the terminal building footprint, parking lots, and access loop road. Construction for this project is expected to take 210 calendar day(s). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
