The work covered by this Contract includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals and performing all work required to rehab & upgrade PS4021 located at 4727 Altama Avenue and associated force main. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, dewatering, back fill and compaction, new precast concrete wet well top, valve pit, electrical shed pumps, controls, site work, fencing, discharge piping and valves, 50 LF new 18-inch PVC force main with associated fittings, electrical work, erosion control and grassing, complete surface restoration and all other work and appurtenances required. A bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must accompany each bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
