This solicitation is for the construction at the Project Site. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services, including, but not limited to, installation of Owner furnished Radio Tower. Work shall also include site and road improvement. The Contractor will not be responsible for obtaining rights of entries, site leases and building permits, nor will it be responsible for installing the electronic communications equipment at the Site. Site work may be subcontracted.
