The proposed improvements generally consist of the addition of a pedestrian crossing, installation of rapid flashing beacons, construction of ADA compliant wheel chair ramps, the provision for traffic control and permanent signage, and pavement markings. A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the base bid must be submitted with each bid made payable to the City of Peachtree Corners. Failure to supply bond will force your bid to be declared non-responsive.
