The Project is located in El Dorado County within the Serrano community, and generally encompasses the Village J6 frontage along Sienna Ridge Road, the north side including median, and the Village J6 frontage along the south side of Bass Lake Road, and will include the frontage improvements along Serrano Parkway at Greenview Drive located in El Dorado Hills, California. As part of a separate schedule additional landscape related work will be part of this contract and is located inside the private portions of Village J6. This work is be privately funded by Serrano Associates, LLC. The work to be done is as shown on the Plans, and generally consists of, but is not limited to: Earthwork, landscape planting, landscape irrigation system, concrete walkways, masonry retaining walls with stone veneer, drainage improvements, contract maintenance of landscape areas, and all other ancillary and incidental items of work on the street frontage areas of Sienna Ridge Road and Bass Lake frontage and medians.
