The work comprises construction of interior recoating and construction of tank retrofits for the Quail Valley I water storage tank. The work includes recoating the tank interior coating, demolition and replacement of all cathodic protection anodes, installation of four (4) perimeter roof vents, demolition of existing guardrail, installation of perimeter safety guard rail, addition of FRP grating to the existing roof access hatch, removal of existing interior ladder, and touch up rust spots on exterior roof.Q&A due by 05/07/19 at 5PM.
