Vendor is responsible for All tasks including but not limited to; providing tower, shelter, civil site work, power, utility, data hook ups and related work from point of origination to the site and into the shelter or end use point, including any install of power poles, utility drops, data cabling, ditching, plumbing or pulling of cable, environmental studies, permits, NEPA, EPA, SHP, tribal clearances, building, or regulatory permits.
