The County of San Diego, on behalf of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department (“Owner”), invites sealed bids for: Rainbow Heights Radio Site Infrastructure Replacement Project. Scope of Services: Demolish existing tower, disconnect all utilities for old and new trailer, grade new pad and install concrete per plans and specification, install new tower, relocate existing bldg., and connect all utilities. This project is located in two sites: Sheriffs Storage yard, 1840 Weld Blvd., El Cajon CA 92071 & Rainbow Communications Tower, 6611 Rainbow Hts. Rd., Fallbrook, CA 92028. Contract shall not exceed 120 working days in duration. DVBE Goal: 3%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
