Construct a 120 ft. guy-wired communication tower at the Howell Woods location of Johnston Community College that will be used for antenna/radio equipment. Construction will include any required grading, placement of a concrete pad as a base for the tower, proper grounding on tower legs, and any wiring (including guy wires) associated with construction. Guy wires may be attached to the nearby structure, and to elevated guy points 8' in height (e,g strong risers like "I" beams). Ground rounds must be installed near the base of the tower but not through the concrete. The quote must describe the lightning dissipation method that will be implemented. This project encouraged MBE
