Controls contractor shall provide updated control sequencing and loop differential pressure sensor sin the chilled water piping distribution loop to control the new variable speed drives (VFD-P-1, VFD-P-2 and VFD-P-3) to provide a full functional variable primary chilled water delivery system. Mechanical and controls contractor shall coordinate with the County provided test and balance contractor to re-balance the existing three-way control valves and updated chilled water flow at each to provide a maximum of 15 GPM of flow through the three-way bypass line when the three-way control valve is 100% closed. All air handlers shall be balanced to this condition with the exception of AHU-4.1 and AHU-4.5 that shall operate as originally designed.
