The project primarily consists of installing a complete, turn-key medical gas piping system with necessary related equipment included. In addition, there is construction of a Fire-Tank closet to be located within the dental mechanical room and shall include all necessary electrical components, fires sprinkler head(s) and ducted exhaust to the closest exterior wall. It is the responsibility of the Bidder in provide all necessary permits. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
