The Project or Work consists of the construction of new and modified wastewater treatment facilities including solids screening, pre-dewatering facilities, thermal hydrolysis process and feed systems, anaerobic digesters, digester gas treatment systems, process steam systems, fats, oils, and grease receiving, and other related treatment plant facilities and upgrades. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, supervision and performing all operations required to install Bid Packages No. 5 Early Sitework, Grading and Drainage, Erosion and Sedimentation Control as shown on the drawings and specified herein. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
