Town’s Development Services Building, located at 504 Greynolds Circle, Lantana, FL 33462
Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations for applicable construction. Demolish all existing flooring and remove and dispose of same. All existing concrete flooring shall be left in place, leveled and repaired where and as needed. Installation of new ceramic tile measuring 3024 SF (selected by the Town) Return the interior of the building to “as good or better condition” at the completion of work. Work in such a manner as to not interfere with other operations of the Town in the vicinity during the construction period; coordinate the construction schedule and operations with the Town’s Representative. Move any stored Products, under Contractor's control, which interfere with operations of the Town. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
