The work to be done consists of the re-sodding of 11,544 square feet of the West Park in downtown with St. Augustine Sod. There will be an ad alternate quote to re-sod the entire West Park which consist of about 1 acre of area with St. Augustine Sod. The City would like the bidder to give their written professional recommendation of any opinion they may have of what needs to be done for the management of the park. Work will have a one-year grantee. All work shall be completed within 10 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, which is expected within 20 days of the bid opening.
