The Stonegate Partners, LLC and Deer Creek LP is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to perform the construction/installation of yard piping, a 94,000 gallon bolted galvanized steel ground storage tank, two (2) high service pumps each capable of pumping 250 gpm each, a 5,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic tank, and a control/pump building to house the water system controls, scada equipment, chlorination equipment, and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The entire project site shall be graded, seeded, and fenced. Temporary erosion control shall be provided, and an access drive/parking area shall be constructed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
